Consistent with our patient focused philosophy is our attention to accessibility. Our clinic is conveniently located in an open shopping center environment with easy, street level access. Our proximity to I-95, 695 and other major roads makes us easy to locate and reach. We are participating providers in all of the major insurance plans and accept many of the smaller plans. Convenient early morning and late evening appointments are available for those who require them.

From 695 East/ West: Exit 32B (Belair Rd., North). Merge onto US1N/ Belair Rd toward Bel Air. Proceed approximately 3 miles and turn right onto Ebenezer Road. Active Life and Sports is located in Perry Hall Square, on the right-hand side of Ebenezer Road. Storefront location is in between Rite-Aid and The Dollar General.
From 95 North/ South: Exit 67B, Merge onto MD 43 West, (Whitemarsh Blvd) toward US1 West (Belair Rd.). Bear right toward Ebenezer Road. Turn left onto Ebenezer Rd. Active Life and Sports is located in Perry Hall Square, on the left-hand side of Ebenezer Road. Storefront location is in between Rite-Aid and The Dollar General.

Directions
From 695: Exit Charles Street, Follow Charles Street and make a left onto the main campus of GBMC. Park at Rose Park and proceed to the Main Lobby of the hospital. The Center is located in Zone B of the Main Hospital and can be reached by taking Elevator B to the 4th floor. Upon exiting the elevator, turn left and take the first hallway to the right. Follow the hallway a short distance and turn at the first right. The Center is located halfway down this hallway.
